Great Weather = Fun in the Sun

The weather has been so nice the past couple of weeks. We have enjoyed going to the parks and playing outdoors. Aiden is loving walking and is the busiest little guy ever. Big brother Trey is definitely a big help. We are going to take in as much sunshine as possible the next few months before it gets too hot....then the only thing we will be doing outdoors is swimming. Enjoy the park pics:)

My little Linus....He can't go anywhere without his blankie
Trey being silly at the park

Aiden is having fun swinging for the first time all by himself
Still being "Linus"

Trey is such a great big brother....Aiden adores him

Taking a break with blankie (I absolutely LOVE how he puts it up to his mouth like that)

Daddy and Aiden watching Trey fly his kite

Mommy and Aiden ( he is trying to figure out why his big brother has the camera...usually its momma.lol)

Trey finished out his basketball season a month ago and is now starting his baseball season.  I am so glad he enjoys sports so much. I love watching him play. He had player ratings for baseball a few weeks ago and did awesome. He has such a great arm. He is in a new league this year which is kid pitch so this year will definitely be new, fun, and interesting.

Girls Night

A couple weeks ago we had a much needed Girls Night Out. The girls came to Vegas and we had tons of fun. Thanks so much ladies for a great day shopping and a great night out on the town. We will definitely be doing this at least once a year:)

I've got the....

craft bug!!! Lately I have been feeling kinda crafty. My Wonderful parents made me this beautiful picture frame shelf for my Birthday which is coming up. Yes I said MADE. It turned out awesome:) Aren't they super talented. (that must be where I get it from, lol) I wanted to put something on top of it so I asked my dad if he would cut me out some blocks. Of course he said yes. (He is pretty dang awesome like that) I then got my creative wheels turning and on the picture below you will see how the blocks turned out. (the family blocks) I think it turned out really cute. Sorry the pic is a little crooked. I had to take the pic from the side because the flash was giving me fits.

Then this morning my front door was bugging me. It needed a little something. Preferably a little "springy" something. So I put this wreath together in about twenty minutes. It makes me want to go eat some lime sherbet from the drive inn. (You salina people know what I am talking about) LOL  So, spring is officially here in about a week and I am definitely feeling it now. I will really be feeling it next week when it gets into the 70's. YAY!!!

Silly Boy, Doggy Doors are for Dogs

Aiden is such a busy little guy. Ever since he has started walking a couple weeks ago he has been into everything and is super curious about everything. He has watched our dogs go in and out of the doggy door several times and now thinks he needs to do it constantly. I laughed so hard the first time I saw him doing this. What a little stinker. I love his curiousity. Just push play:)
